Terms of Service

By using the Social Trove website and our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.
1. Services Provided
Social Trove provides social media content creation, wedding content creation, social media strategy, training, bespoke templates, and paid advertising services. The specific scope of work for any project will be outlined in a separate proposal or agreement.
2. Payments and Fees
Invoicing: Invoices are issued as per the agreed schedule. For most services, invoices are sent and must be paid in full in advance of any work taking place, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Wedding & Event Content Creation: A non-refundable booking fee is required to secure your specific date. The remaining balance is due no later than 14 days before the scheduled event.
Late Payments: We reserve the right to suspend services or withhold final content delivery if payments are not made on time.
3. Intellectual Property
Ownership: Upon full payment, the client owns the final content created specifically for their project.
Usage Rights: Social Trove retains the right to use any content created (including wedding content and brand shoots) for our own promotional purposes and portfolio, unless a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) is in place.
Templates: Bespoke Canva templates are provided for the client's use only and may not be resold or redistributed.
4. Client Responsibilities
The client is responsible for providing necessary access to social media accounts, brand assets, and timely feedback to ensure project deadlines are met.
5. Cancellations and Refunds
Monthly Retainers: Cancellation of monthly retainer services requires 30 days' notice in writing. This is subject to any minimum term contract periods previously agreed upon.
Event/Wedding Services: Booking fees are non-refundable to secure the date. If a cancellation occurs, the non-refundable booking fee will be retained. Full cancellation terms regarding the remaining balance will be provided in your specific service contract.
6. Limitation of Liability
Social Trove shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services or any changes in social media platform algorithms or advertising performance.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
